We write your Tech Plan.
Over a two week sprint, we write a tech plan for your platform. The high level product roadmap, the tech stack, the ideal MVP, and the launch plan.
Stage 2
We line up the right fractional founding engineer.
We find the right fractional founding engineer for your platform. This depends on timing, budget, and the tech plan. We have our own peer network of outstanding fractional people, but also have a pipeline and technical interview process for nearshore when the plan calls for it.
Stage 3
Launch & Grow
We launch our starting stack and begin the MVP. Your users will see a landing page and signup waitlist in the first few weeks. Beta users typically start 4 - 6 months after our first meeting.
